Galleria Graphics accepts online or in person payments via credit card, debit card, cash, or check. All orders require a 50% deposit, or full payment made upfront. Orders under $100 require a full payment upfront.
Galleria Graphics creates a unique design for each individual client. If a logo design made by Galleria Graphics is for some reason interchangeable to another affiliation, Galleria Graphics will offer the client a free redraw with a new logo. Galleria Graphics validates that its design is of its own making. Galleria Graphics does not replicate existing logos that have been registered as a trademark or brand. Galleria Graphics does not produce a trademark for the logo created for its client. The customer is permitted to register as a trademark the design made by Galleria Graphics.
Galleria Graphics will reach out to client via phone or email when order is ready for pick up. Orders must be picked up within three weeks. After three weeks, the order will be discarded or will be kept for inventory.

Galleria Graphics is responsible in providing a refund if the design provided to the client does not meet the client’s expectations. The refund will only be accepted if the client provides a genuine reason and formal explanation.
